My Story
At Baseline Massage Therapy, I’ve witnessed firsthand the powerful role massage therapy can play in supporting overall health and well-being. When I knew returning to the workforce was unavoidable, I was certain I wanted to pursue work that allowed me to support and care for others—particularly those navigating the healthcare system. After being diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease in 2017 and type 1 diabetes in 2020, I spent significant time within medical settings and became acutely aware of the system’s limitations... especially in the world of pain or disease management without medication.

These experiences shaped my approach to care and strengthened my commitment to ongoing research, continuing education, and staying current with evidence-informed massage and wellness practices. I’m passionate about providing care that relieves everyday aches and discomfort, helps regulate and reset the nervous system, and supports each client’s overall sense of well-being.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll usually find me homeschooling my two kids, camping, baking, working on 1,000-piece puzzles, or continuing to learn more about massage therapy.

My Approach
My approach to massage therapy is based on a thorough understanding of the body's nervous system. I focus on applying pressure that works within each person's tolerance, guaranteeing a comfortable effective experience. This philosophy focuses on the fact that therapeutic benefits can be achieved without pain - in other words, it doesn't have to hurt to work.
